Introduction to three port H-type electrolytic cell:
Three slots correspond to three electrodes, which are counter electrode, working electrode clamp and reference electrode respectively
The reference electrode and the working electrode clamp are communicated through a capillary, which plays the role of protecting the electrode and approaching the working electrode
The counter electrode and the working electrode are connected through the glass sand core, which also plays the role of ion exchange without affecting the power on (provided that the two working rooms are filled with different liquids)
The volumes of the three pools can be the same or different.
Considering comprehensively, if the volume is small, make it the same volume; If the volume of the working electrode chamber exceeds 100ml, the volume of the electrode chamber and the reference electrode chamber should not be too large, especially the volume of the reference electrode chamber should be smaller, so as to make the reference electrode closer to the working electrode and reduce the influence of potential difference.
Cover material: polytetrafluoroethylene, rubber plug is not recommended, because the rubber plug first increases the height, the electrode hole is irregular, and the later electrode insertion can not ensure the level. The polytetrafluoroethylene cover is relatively matched.
