The specific structure is as follows:
1、 Cell bodies 1 and 3 are bipolar plates with serpentine gas flow channels inside, effectively improving the concentration of gaseous reactants on the catalyst surface to achieve high current density.
2、 The double-layer structure of anion membrane and gas diffusion layer (loaded with anode catalyst) is adopted between tank bodies 1 and 2 to realize gas-solid interface and anion transmission (Note: hot press molding is required to ensure full contact). The double-layer structure of cation membrane (nafion115) and gas diffusion layer (loaded with cathode catalyst) is used between tank bodies 2 and 3 to realize gas-solid interface and cation transmission (Note: hot press molding is required to ensure full contact).
3、 The cell body 2 is the core component of the solid-state electrolytic cell, with a 3mm thick square (1 cm2) hollow layer built in, which can be filled with formed solid electrolyte to replace the electrolyte and realize the direct preparation of liquid fuel. Solid electrolytes are mainly high molecular polymers or porous ceramics with good conductivity. The purpose of passing pure water is to take away the liquid products, promote the reaction balance to shift to the right and obtain the product aqueous solution without impurities. After passing through their respective membranes, the substances produced by No. 1 cell and No. 3 cell combine to form products in the middle No. 2 cell and are taken away by flowing pure water.
