Instructions
Frequency conversion board detection:
Connect the inverter board detection line of the detector to the communication interface of the refrigerator inverter board (before testing, ensure that the inverter board has 220v power supply). The detector will automatically match the inverter board parameters, and the compressor can be started directly after the matching is correct. If the compressor starts, it can be judged that both the compressor and the inverter board are normal. If it fails to start after 3 tests, use the compressor test function to test the compressor. (Note that once the compressor is started, it will take 3-5 minutes to test again, and the test will be performed after the system pressure is balanced.)
Inverter compressor inspection:
Connect the compressor detection line of the detector to the refrigerator compressor, press the compressor detection button for 30 seconds, the detector will automatically match the compressor parameters, and the compressor can be started directly after the matching is correct. If the compressor does not start, let go of the start button and check again after 5 seconds. If the compressor fails to start after 3 tests, the compressor can be judged as malfunctioning. (Note that once the compressor is started, it will take 3-5 minutes to test again, and the test will be performed after the system pressure is balanced.)
Pulse solenoid valve detection:
Connect the solenoid valve detection line of the detector to the solenoid valve interface, press the solenoid valve detection red and green buttons respectively, and detect the solenoid valve twice to determine whether it is good or bad. (Note that the tester outputs DC220 pulse voltage, please do not touch it during use. The output terminal is not allowed to be short-circuited after power-on to avoid burning the tester. Please use a multimeter to check whether the solenoid valve is short-circuited before measuring to avoid burning the tester.)
Frequency conversion board detection; the detector frequency conversion board signal output line, connected to the refrigerator frequency conversion board communication interface (to ensure that the frequency converter board has 220V power supply before testing). If the compressor starts, it can be judged that both the compressor and the frequency converter board are normal. If the compressor does not start, the frequency converter board or compressor has a fault; please use the frequency conversion compressor detection function to detect the compressor, one by one to eliminate. (note: the output of the frequency conversion signal can be reversed if the positive and negative electrodes are not sure; once the compressor is started, the test again will have to wait 3-5 minutes, waiting for the system pressure balance to be tested.) Pulse solenoid valve detection; the detector solenoid valve detection line, connected to the solenoid valve interface, respectively press the solenoid valve to detect the positive and negative pulse keys, the detection of solenoid valve twodirection can be judged. (note that the detector outputs DC110V pulse voltage and do not touch it when in use.)
